How do I Register my new Tag?

How do I change my information?

On the mysafetag.com website, click on My Tags on the top menu.  Enter the email address associated with your tag(s).  A PIN number will be sent to you.  Enter the PIN number and all of the tags associated to your email address will be displayed.  Pick the one you want to edit.

How do I contact My Safe Tag?

You can email us at orders@mysafetag.com.  Our hours are 9am-5pm EST Monday thru Friday.  

What is my password for my registered tags?

My Safe Tag uses a two point verification system to access your tag information so there is NO password.  You enter your email address associated with that tag and we email you back a passcode for access to make changes.
